I found some pretty strange ones Miss Bate!
…..The world's largest, active volcano is Mauna Loa in Hawaii, where famous coffee is grown in the rich volcanic soils.
….. Fresh lava ranges from 700° to 1,200° C in temperature and glows red hot to white hot as it flows. That’s like 6 times or so more hot than our own miss bate.!
….. 80 or more Volcanoes are under the ocean.
…..There is a place called the ring of fire where a lot of volcanoes are and make a circle.
…..The Moon, Mars and Venus have tiny volcanoes

Underwater volcanoes!? How does the lava come out…

Amazing job year 3/4!

I love reading your replies! =]

Eitan,
Well done at being able to read my hidden fact! It was a tricky one! Remembering our computer skills would have helped most of you find it!
Some really interesting facts Eitan. Well done.

Shahak,
There are such things as underwater volcanoes. Amazing isn’t it. The volcano still explodes the same as what one does on land. The water doesn’t stop the lava from coming out, but instead of staying hot, the lava cools more quickly and sinks to the bottom of the ocean (water).
Here are some photos of some underwater volcanoes for you.
